The Royal Free Charity is a beacon of hope for patients, staff, and researchers at the Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust. Through vital support services, funding for wellbeing programs, medical equipment, and groundbreaking research, the charity makes a profound and immediate difference in patients' experiences of care.

We have taken on the Table Tennis Speed & Consistency 5,000 Shot Challenge to raise money for this amazing cause. On May 1st, 2024, we will attempt 5,000 shots in one hour to contribute towards the charity's mission. Four teams of young players have been selected to take on this challenge, with each team striving to achieve the 5,000 shot target.
