Story

At Ebb, we’ve always believed that food brings people together — not just to eat, but to connect, to reflect, and to give back. This December, we’re doing just that.

On Saturday 13th December 2025, we’re hosting our very first Charity Supper Club — an evening created to celebrate community, compassion, and hope.

This event means a lot to us. It’s inspired by the story of Lydia Ross, a young girl who tragically passed away in 2023. Lydia’s father, Paul Ross, will join us on the night to share her story — a story of strength, love, and the power of remembering.

We’ll also hear from David Jeffrey MBE, former Ballymena United and Linfield manager, who has supported countless causes and communities through his words and leadership.
