I will be running the Manchester Marathon this year for Alzheimer's Society. This is a cause very close to my heart, with my Grandad being diagnosed with dementia two years ago.

1 in 3 people born in the UK today will be diagnosed with dementia in their lifetime making dementia the UK's biggest health and social care crisis.
