For the fourth time, Simon, Richard and Jason are going to be taking part in a sponsored bike ride to support ECHO, a cause they all love. On Saturday, 22nd August, they will set off on a huge adventure to cycle all day towards Hay on Wye, returning the following day. The distance is challenging, but they are determined to do it..
