The Wilderness Foundation UK harnesses the power of the wilderness and nature to transform vulnerable lives and empowers people, in return, to conserve nature. Each year we work with over 8,000 people, including some of the hardest-to-reach and most disadvantaged young people and adults. All of our projects and programmes provide direct support, connecting people to nature, helping improve mental and physical wellbeing and teaching people to care for the natural world, using nature as a therapeutic tool.
