UKSA is a national maritime youth charity, based on the Isle of Wight, with a vision to widen access to outdoor learning and maritime training, to enhance life skills and employment in the sector.

Our aim is to remove both financial and social barriers to enable students from any background to access UKSA’s programmes by providing funding for those who need it.

We want our beneficiaries to achieve their best, to gain lifechanging experiences, qualifications, and progress along a pathway into a maritime career.
