Story
I'm taking part in the Diagrama Charity Skydive 2026 to help make better lives for vulnerable people.
The UK-registered charity supports vulnerable children and adults to live their best lives through fostering and adoption, day and residential services for adults with learning disabilities and dementia care services across the south east.
I work as the Care Coordinator at Duckyls Farm Lodge, a residence for adults with learning disabilities.
I am originally from London and have worked in care for 12 years. Before I worked in care I did many jobs, including roofing and scaffolding.
During these jobs I discovered I had a bit of a fear of heights, and I think doing a skydive could possibly be a good way to overcome this fear.
I will be doing the skydive with a couple of colleagues and two residents, which would be a great shared experience that we will remember for the rest of our lives.
It would be great to raise some money for Diagrama Foundation too, so please donate what you can.
Every donation helps and will go towards creating life enriching experiences for the vulnerable people Diagrama supports so they can thrive.
Things like:
