800 miles, four nations, one ride for MND research.

The challenge will take place from Tuesday 10th - Friday 13th March and the teams will cover 800 miles over four days - arriving in Dublin the evening before Scotland take on Ireland at the Aviva Stadium. The circuitous route is set as follows:

Day 1: Melrose, Scotland - Leeds

Day 2: Leeds - Gloucester

Day 3: Gloucester - Pembroke, Wales (overnight ferry to Ireland)

Day 4: Rosslare - Dublin
