🏃♂️🌄 Join me on as I take on 6 different running challenges ranging from 10km to a 50km Ultra Marathon. These include the full Coastal Marathon from Holme to Morston and 3 different half marathons across the peak district. These events will take place from April to October.
Mental Health is something that can affect us all or someone we love in some way or another.
I believe exercise has huge positive impact on how we all feel and I'm hoping to have some fun and raise a few quid for a very worthy cause in Norfolk and Waveney Mind.
Every little donation no matter what will be greatly appreciated and motivate me to do my best.
Every contribution, big or small, will go a long way in making a difference.
£50 could fund three counselling sessions.
£500 could fund two days of complex bereavement counselling.
£2000 could fund two suicide liaison workers to run an 8-week support group.
