Story
If you've read The Salt Path or Landlines, you know Moth lives with Corticobasal Degeneration (CBD). As with the closely associated PSP, CBD is a progressive illness without treatment or cure. But Moth has defied the odds and since his diagnosis has gone on to walk the 630 miles of the South West Coast Path, a 1000 mile trail from the north of Scotland to the south coast of Cornwall and last year completed the London Marathon.
Many people who receive the same diagnosis as Moth aren’t as lucky. That's where the charity PSPA comes in - the only UK charity dedicated to improving the lives of people living with Progressive Supranuclear Palsy (PSP) and Corticobasal Degeneration (CBD). Providing information and support for people affected by PSP & CBD whilst funding vital research into the causes, treatment, and eventually a cure.
Follow my progress on Strava (Ethan Days) or on Instagram (@daysanconfused) - and hopefully, with your support we can stop PSP and CBD in their tracks.
