My Son Richard has suggested we have a Father Son Bonding Experience. Richard belongs to an intrepid group cyclists called Biking for Children in Care, who are raising money for a charity called Become, a charity helping the young people in Care or leaving Care.

I will be joining Richard on the four-day, 200 mile ride along the Jurassic Coast from Exeter to Southampton. At my age this is going to be a challenge.
