I am delighted to have gotten a place in this years Great North Run to raise money for Rape Crisis Tyneside and Northumberland.

RCTN are an absolutely incredible organisation supporting people dealing with sexual abuse, offering counselling, a helpline, group support and so much more for victims.

Entirely independent from the police, this is a crucial support network and a charity I couldn’t be prouder to run for.
