After suffering a major Heart Attack in 2024 at the age of 43 and needing a Quadruple Heart Bypass a week later I’d like to give back and help the British Heart Foundation the way they helped me.

Now back to being 100% fit and healthy and taking part in everything that I love doing.

I really did think it was the end of my life!

I have a wonderful family around me and great friends to enjoy the rest of my life.

Please help support me or the 2 other friends that are taking part in the National 3 peaks challenge in less than 24hrs.

They have their own personal charities.

We will be putting all our effort in and trying to grab a good overall time. Hike and run, whatever the weather chucks at us!
