Story
To celebrate my 10-year anniversary of learning to ride a bike, I’ll be taking on a 55-mile cycle challenge from London to Brighton (tackling the dreaded Ditchling Beacon climb), and 100 miles the following weekend across Cheshire Classic route.
I’m using this amazing opportunity to raise a bit of funds for a local charity I work with – Transforming Lives Together (TLT) https://tltogether.org.uk/ working in partnership with Chester Cathedral.
TLT is a people-driven, ‘faith in action’ advocate for social justice aiming to bring people together by stimulating and supporting church social action to help communities flourish and thrive in the Chester Diocese.
We especially work to respond to food poverty and social isolation issues. Our projects strengthen children’s wellbeing, family resilience and bring diverse communities together, combating child holiday hunger and adult loneliness.
Any donations would be appreciated for such an amazing cause and to help our community.
Many thanks,
Edie
