Hello folks. I'm pretty sure that there arent many of you out there who have not heard about the horrific killing of Claire Inglis, a young mum from Stirling in 2021.

I didnt know Claire myself, but with permission from Claires mum and dad, I've decided to raise money for Stirling Womens Aid as they offer support,information and temporary accomodation to the women and children of Stirling who suffer or have suffered abuse in any form.

So in May 2024, I'm going to be running the Edinburgh Marathon again. I ran it in 2022, but could not give it my best efforts. This time, in May 2024, I'll give it my all.

All I ask you to do is share this post as far as you can, and if you can, spare a few pounds to give to Stirling Womens Aid. I'll do the really hard work, a few clicks and button pushing from you is all I ask. I'm aiming to raise £1000 so anything you can spare will be hugely appreciated.

As well as donations for me running, I'll run a few other things in order to raise as much money as I can for the charity. Some ideas at the moment are raffles on facebook or football scratch cards. There will be a small cost but as well as raising money for Womens Aid, you'll have a chance to win some money too.

There was a crowdfunding done around the time of Claires death and that money was used to take some of Claires family to Paris to release her ashes. I hope to raise as much money as I can to give to Stirling Womens Aid so they can continue to help the people of Stirling.
