Brock, Smith and Stu will be running the Hackney Half on 19 May to raise some money for the Elliot Dallen Trust.

It's a first attempt at a half marathon for Brock and Stu, while Smith had knee surgery only a few weeks ago. It's going to be painful for all of us!

Any support and donations would therefore be much appreciated, to make every step of those 13.1 miles a little more meaningful.
