This June 25th, 2026, I am excited to take on the challenge of cycling 200 miles from Lincoln to York as part of "Biking for Children in Care 2026." This event is more than just a ride; it’s a powerful way to support children and young people in care who deserve stability, love, and unwavering support.

Children in care often face challenges that many of us cannot imagine. Become, the national charity for children in care and young care leavers, works tirelessly to provide these young people with the resources and encouragement they need to achieve their dreams. They also amplify their voices and campaign for a better care system that truly meets their needs.

Last year, with incredible support from generous donors, I raised £2,800. This year, my goal is to raise £3,000 to continue making a difference. Every donation helps provide vital support and hope to those who need it most.
