We are heartbroken to share that Edward — a wonderful husband, devoted father, loving son and brother sadly passed away on 7th August 2025. Edward brought warmth, kindness, and professionalism into every aspect of his life. He was a well-respected partner at Meade King having joined the firm in 1990, and more recently joined the team at Knights.

In the days and weeks following his unexpected death, we have been overwhelmed by the outpouring of love and support from those who knew and worked with him. So many of you have shared heartfelt stories and kind words that reflect just how special he was.

In Edward’s memory, and in lieu of funeral flowers, we have created this JustGiving page. We would be deeply grateful if you would consider making a donation in his name to The Julian Trust — a local Bristol-based night shelter that Edward cared about deeply.

The Julian Trust provides vital support to those at risk of or experiencing homelessness, offering a warm and welcoming place for those in need. We know Edward would be proud to see support going to such a meaningful cause.
