Alzheimes is really shit, Alzheimers society help make it a lot less shit.

I thought I’d do a challenge to help raise some money for them to keep doing the great work they're doing.

And so I created the Companio Crawl was born.

What is the Companio Crawl?

It is a 12 hour ultramarathon on the 20th April (6 days after I run the Manchester marathon) around a 290m square block in Ancoats.

Why is it called the Companio Crawl?

Companio is a bakery on said block, as a fun twist, during the 12 hours of the ultramarathon, I'm only going to eat food made by the good people of Companio... Oh and I imagine i'll be crawling by the end.
