Very simply I have chosen Macmillan because of a number of people close to me they have helped with advice and support.

The challenge gets bigger every year to show the support to those who need it the most. But nothing in comparison to the pain and mental strength needed to get through cancer for many. Having seen the effects on family and friends over the years gives me the motivation to make a difference.

The challenge this time, is to complete at least 4 Spartan Trifecta's during the year.
