Life is about making the most of the moment, a lesson I learnt the hard way when I spent 18 months in and out of hospital trying to repair my broken arm. It was in those waiting rooms, surgery theatres, and days spent on bed rest that I learnt how important having a great team around you is. Now that I am finally back on my feet, I want to use this opportunity to raise awareness for an incredible charity, who understands the importance of this more than any other.

The Noah’s Ark Children’s Hospice team are taking on The Swim Serpentine on Saturday 19 September. Our incredible team of swimmers are going the distance to help babies, children who are seriously unwell, and their families make the most of every day.
