Jan and I are running the Gdansk Marathon in Poland this April in aid of Froglife, a wildlife charity committed to the preservation of frogs, toads and other amphibians.

These remarkable little creatures are amazing and very dear to me. It breaks my heart to think so many species are going extinct.

Please help them keep hopping about in our beautiful planet and help me and Jan somehow leap to the finish line. Thank you.
