⚽ One Ball. 116 Stadiums. Fighting for Mental Health.
Support Jay Rosa’s Inspiring EFL Stadium Tour for Mind Charity.

In a world where silence often surrounds mental health, one young man is using his voice—and his football—to spark change.
Meet Jay Rosa, a passionate and gifted football freestyler, who is on an unforgettable journey across the country. His mission? To perform at every English Football League stadium—not just to amaze fans with his jaw-dropping skills, but to shine a light on something far more important: mental health.
Since kicking off his tour in January 2023, Jay has captivated crowds across the nation—from the roar of over 50,000 fans in packed stadiums to heartfelt conversations in the stands. Clubs like Nottingham Forest, Sheffield United, and Sunderland have welcomed Jay with open arms—not just as a performer, but as a powerful voice for change.
But Jay's journey is about more than football.
It's about hope.
It’s about reaching the person in the crowd who’s been silently struggling. It’s about reminding us all that it’s okay not to be okay, and that support is out there.

Why Mind Charity?
Mental health affects 1 in 4 of us every year. Whether it's depression, anxiety, or the quiet pain of feeling alone, the struggle is real—and often invisible. That’s why Jay has partnered with Mind Charity, a vital charity working across the nation to provide support, raise awareness, and build a more compassionate future.
