Eggar's school House team are taking on the biggest, scariest and highest challenge yet... Skydiving. Facing our fear of flying and heights, we are embarking on this once-in-a-lifetime challenge on 11th May 2025.

Here at Eggar's School, we are committed to raising money for local organisations. On this basis, the charity we have chosen to support is Southampton Hospitals Charity (NHS). It is a charity/service that has no doubt supported many of our families at times. We have the chance to raise funds to support buying life-saving equipment, creating places where patients can socialise and enhance care provided by all staff; who are committed to providing world-class care, supporting you and your loved ones every step of the way.

Your kindness will directly impact the lives of patients who desperately need it, and it will encourage us even more to take this challenge on without fear (hopefully).

Being in hospital can be a distressing time for both patients and their loved ones. Resources such as craft kits can enable a welcome creative distraction from the stresses of treatment and provide activities to bring patients, staff, and visitors together through shared enjoyment.

Receiving a diagnosis can feel as though your life has been put on hold. We can help fund complementary therapy for cancer patients, special pillows for epileptic patients, and much more.

Pioneering research projects to ensure our hospital remains at the forefront of medical care, benefitting not just patients in Southampton, but right across the UK.
