Crowleys DFK's Charity Partner is Aware.

This national organisation provides free support, education and information services to people impacted by anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder and related mood conditions.

Myself and 25 of my colleagues across both our offices in Cork and Dublin will hike the Knockroe Loop in the Knockmealdown Mountains, Tipperary on Saturday, May 25th.
