I am off to Whistler in Canada soon and have decided to do something completely out with my comfort zone and bungee jump for the first time! Eeeeekk!! On 29th November @ 2pm (10pm UK time) i will be jumping 160ft (50 meters) over the Cheakamus River.

I'd love to raise some money for local based charity Rainbow Rogues. I had a tour of their premises with some work colleagues earlier in the year as part of our Charity Committee. The work they do for local children and their families is outstanding and any donation however small would be greatly received.

Based in Ellon, Rainbow Rouges are operational across Aberdeen City and Shire, where they support pre-school children with disabilities and additional support needs, together with their wider families. Specialist-inclusive sessions for children run three days per week and offer a safe play environment whilst providing essential respite for parents, carers, and siblings of children with complex needs.

Their amazing team works across educational, social, and health agencies and plays an essential role in children's pre-nursery and primary school transition phases and help their families identify the most appropriate learning settings.
