Walking the Vitality 10K for PCSA Kent 💙
In September, I’ll be taking on the Vitality 10K in London to raise money for Prostate Cancer Support Association Kent (PCSA Kent).
PCSA Kent is a patient-led charity that supports people whose lives have been affected by prostate cancer. They provide support to patients and their families, raise awareness of the disease, and help fund specialist equipment for Kent hospitals.
Many of you know that I don’t run due to my spinal condition, but that has never stopped me taking on a challenge. Earlier this year I completed the London Landmarks Half Marathon, and now I’m looking forward to taking on the Vitality 10K in support of this fantastic local charity.
What really appealed to me about PCSA Kent is that they are a local charity helping local people. The money raised supports people affected by prostate cancer and helps provide specialist equipment that benefits patients across Kent.
Every donation, no matter how big or small, will make a difference.
Thank you for your support, encouragement, and generosity. Together we can help PCSA Kent continue their incredible work.
