DATE HAS CHANGED TO SUNDAY 28th JUNE 1PM
Suicide is one of the leading causes of deaths amongst young adults. It takes roughly 700,000 people annually. We would like to help lower that statistic. CALM is one of the biggest suicide prevention charity’s in the uk. We are asking you as a community to help us donate to the campaign against living miserably. I’m sure a lot of you know Harvey, whether he was serving you a pint a few years ago, or as a friend. I’m guessing you’ve noticed just how long his hair is, right? He’s been growing it for three years and is now going to cut it to raise money for CALM. Let’s support him and CALM and raise some money. This money we raise could help someone who really needs it. Any donations are appreciated! As well as donations to CALM, Harvey’s hair will be donated to the little princess trust, which is an amazing organisation that makes wigs for children fighting cancer
Here’s a message from CALM
We’re Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM), and we’re a suicide prevention charity. We’ve got loads of tools and resources to help people find the support they need, including a life-saving helpline for people who can’t see a way forward, have lost someone to suicide, or are worried about their friends or loved ones.
£12.20 is enough to fund one potentially life-saving call.
