Story
I spent 15 days at Isabel Hospice, the last 15 days of my Nan's life. The work they do is phenomenal. From the nurses, to the doctors, to the holistic therapists and the volunteers that would say prayers with me & make sure I was taking care of myself whilst taking care of my Nan in her last days. The least I can do is raise funds to thank them for all they do for those in their final moments.
Come and join us, for cakes, cups of tea and coffee and a raffle with amazing prizes! Let's get together to celebrate those we have loved and lost, and now look over us with their wings whilst raising money for a great cause!
Isabel Hospice provides palliative support to the 370,000 people who live in eastern Hertfordshire.
Hospice care is about helping people to live well for as long as possible and have a good death in the place of their choice when the time comes. Without your help, we could not make this possible for our patients and their families. Each year we care for approx 2,000 people but we know there are even more people that need our help.
