My time as a trustee with Choir With No Name is drawing to a close this summer, so I thought this was a good time to get stuck in. I'm hoping this challenge will both raise some money, and some awareness of the Choir within my network.

A half marathon will mean swimming 22k across a month, upping from my usual 6-7!

Choir with No Name choirs are safe, supportive communities where some of the most isolated people can come to sing, make friends, have a hot meal and feel in a stronger position to tackle the challenges they face outside choir.

Together the 100 Heroes campaign is aiming to raise £10,000 so please donate and help me hit my target!
