Hello my names Ellie , I am 17 years old and I lost my dad Richard Seaman in October 2025 unexpectedly , Change Grow Live was a charity which supported my dad through his hardships during his life and I am forever grateful for their continued support regarding his mental health.Losing my dad has changed my perspective on life and made me realise life’s to short not to try something new simply because you are afraid , your mind is not your limit and that’s why I have started running.My dad was a great man who genuinely wanted to see me succeed and was always motivating me in whatever I did, his nickname for me was always champion.I want to continue to be his champ and give back to the charity which supported my dad and our family so they can continue to make peoples lives easier.
