I am running the London Marathon in April, a big challenge for an amazing cause.

The Ruth Strauss Foundation supports families when a parent is living with an incurable cancer, helping them have the conversations that matter most and providing tailored emotional support.

They also raise awareness and fund research into non-smoking lung cancer – a growing but often overlooked illness.

The mission is simple: to ensure no family faces these challenges alone.
