70km for 70 Years! 🎉

To celebrate my 70th birthday on 4th Feb 2026, I'm taking on a 70-kilometre cycle ride — pushing pedals with purpose to raise funds for Age Cymru, a charity close to my heart as both a trustee and volunteer advocate with the HOPE project, as we support older people across Wales.

Every kilometre is a tribute to the years I’ve lived — and a step towards helping others live with dignity, support, and connection in later life.
