CHSF is dedicated to improving the lives of children born with Congenital Heart Disease (CHD). From providing practical support & guidance to children & families both pre and post-surgery, to fundraising for vital medical equipment for the Leeds Congenital Heart Unit, the worked carried out by CHSF is invaluable.
