Elements September Sweat · 9 September 2023

The Natalie Kate Moss Trust was setup in 2012 by the Moss family after the sudden death of Natalie from a brain haemorrhage. With only 3 out of 5 people surviving a brain haemorrhage within one month, the trust is on a mission to prevent and treat as many brain haemorrhages as possible.

Story

We are raising vital funds for the prevention and treatment of brain hemorrhages. The trust works closely with Manchester University to develop groundbreaking research into brain hemorrhage treatment, and as a trust, we are on a mission to raise awareness of the impact of health and lifestyle on brain hemorrhage prevention.

That is where our partnership with Element Fitness, an awesome South London gym, comes in. We want to encourage people to move, exercise and make healthy choices to prevent more people from suffering from brain hemorrhages. This event will not only raise money for the trust, but raise awareness of the importance of lifestyle choices and finding the joy and fun in fitness and movement.

We will be holding a team fitness event at the awesome Element Fitness, Streatham Common - the event will comprise of various elements and test you to achieve challenges together as a team. Participants will aim to share the work of the trust, the fundraising page and spread the word about brain hemorrhage prevention in the build-up and on the day! We want to thank you for supporting us and getting behind us with this challenge.
