Eleni fe fydd hi'n 5 mlynedd ers colli dad, ag 14 mlynedd ers i Eifion golli'i fam i ganser. Bwriad yr her yma yw codi arian i Ymchwil Canser Cymru ac i ddathlu clun newydd di-boen!

Fe fydd Eifion a finnau'n cychwyn beicio ym mhorthladd St.Malo ar y 6ed o Orffennaf, ac yn gorffen yn Nice ar y 26ain; wedi trafeilio ar draws Ffrainc o'r Sianel i Fôr y Canoldir. 1,000 o filltiroedd a bron i 55,000 troedfedd o ddringo!!

Byddem yn gwerthfawrogi unrhyw gyfraniad i'r achos pwysig yma!

This year it will be 5 years since I lost my father, and 14 years since Eifion lost his mother to cancer. The purpose of this challenge is to raise money for Cancer Research Wales and to celebrate a new pain-free hip!

Eifion and I will start cycling in the port of St. Malo on the 6th of July, and finish in Nice on the 26th after traveling across France; from the Channel to the Mediterranean 1,000 miles and nearly 55,000 feet of climbing!!
