Eleri's fundraiser for The Myton Hospices

Eleri T is raising money for The Myton Hospices

Virtual John O Groats to Lands End Challenge

We support thousands of people living with terminal illnesses & their families, in our three hospices, via our patient & family support services, and in the community through Myton at Home. We need to raise £12.7 million this year to provide our services free of charge – we can’t do it without you!

Story

Eleri, my wonderful 7 year old, has decided that she wants to take on an absolutely mammouth virtual challenge this year in aid of The Myton Hospices. She will be doing a virtual trek between John O Groats and Lands End over the next year by walking, running and cycling. Having donated gifts to Myton last year for the staff and patients, Eleri wants to try continue helping as many people as possible. Any donations would be really appreciated by Eleri, and us all.

At The Myton Hospices we believe that everyone matters for every single moment of their life; we focus on enhancing life when cure is no longer an option.

We are a charity, not the NHS, and must raise £12.7 million of the £15.3 million it costs this year to provide our services free of charge.

Just 17% of our funding comes from the NHS.

Last year, we supported over 2,000 people and their families, in our hospices, via our patient & family support services, and in the community through Myton at Home.
