Elevation Climbs for Roundabout: Help Us Reach New Heights!

Did you know? Every day, over 370 young people in South Yorkshire face the harsh reality of homelessness. That's where Roundabout, South Yorkshire's incredible youth homeless charity, steps in. They offer a lifeline – shelter, support, and hope – for these young individuals.

At Elevation Recruitment Group, we can't stand by and see this happen. That's why we're taking on a year-long challenge to raise £10,000 for Roundabout throughout 2024!

We kicked things off in March by conquering the Pennine Way (on bikes, not by foot!), alongside a charity raffle and some epic baking. We may have ached, but it was nothing compared to the struggles these young people face.

Moving on to a (literal) uphill battle! On May 17th, a brave team of 20 Elevation warriors tackled the mighty Yorkshire 3 Peaks. That's 25 miles and over 5,000 feet of climbing – a true test of grit, all to support Roundabout. The course was completed by everyone in a total of 11 hours with the shortest time being 8 hours and 45 minutes!

We successfully completed Total Warrior on June 22nd where there was a whole host of the Elevation team taking on the full warrior experience of a 12K course packed with 25 of the world’s best (and muddiest) obstacles!

Next up! Get ready to cheer on our incredible team! We're sending a squad of 10 to conquer the Sheffield 10k. Let's show them some serious support!
