I am joining South Kent Mind's Mental Elf family fun run on Sunday 7th December 2025 for an afternoon of festivity along The Leas in Folkestone!

Mental Elf is a festive 5km family fun run, open to all ages and abilities. Whether you run, jog, walk, stroll, or wheel, everyone is welcome – and every participant will receive a medal!
