On June 23rd I will be taking part in the Conwy Coastal Three Peaks Challenge to raise funds for Conwy Mind. The local mental health charity that supports Conwy, Anglesey and Gwynedd.

I will take on Conwy Mountain (801ft) before walking to Llandudno to take on the Great Orme (659ft.) The final stretch will be walking along Llandudno Promenade to climb up to the summit of the final peak - The Little Orme (463ft.) This walk is a total of 15 miles and reaches an ascent of almost 2000ft!

Every donation to my fundraising page helps towards better mental health. All the money raised goes direct to helping fund Conwy Mind's free services that help so many people in our local community that are struggling with their mental health.
