On 4 May, I’ll be taking on The Together Plan’s “One Mountain, One Mission” challenge — climbing 1,085 metres to the summit of Snowdon. But there’s a twist: we’ll be trekking through the night to reach the top at sunrise.

I’m raising funds for The Together Plan, an extraordinary charity supporting socially and economically vulnerable communities across the former Soviet Union and Eastern Europe. Their work reaches Jewish and non-Jewish communities alike, including Holocaust survivors, people with special needs, and disadvantaged families. They also deliver an inspiring education programme for young people in Eastern Europe and the UK.

This year, the charity is also creating a life-changing, once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for children in East London to represent Great Britain in sport, proving that TOGETHER is always better.

The Together Plan may be small and volunteer-led, but its impact is powerful. Every pound raised helps sustain and grow this vital work.
