Ar Hydref y 5ed bydd Elin ac Osian (gŵr Manon) yn rhedeg hanner marathon Caerdydd er mwyn codi arian at elusen Dementia Uk. Ers deg mlynedd bellach mae dad yn dioddef o gyflwr Lewy Body Dementia. Mae’n amlwg felly bod y gwaith mae’r elusen hon yn gwneud yn bwysig iawn i ni fel teulu. Byddem yn gwerthfawrogi unrhyw gyfraniad hael. Diolch.
