1 in 5 of us will have a lung condition during our lifetime. There's a new diagnosis every minute. I never understood the severity of this until one of my best friends died because of an Asthma attack.

On the 27th of April 2025, it will have been almost 3 years since we lost Tony, and I'll be attempting to run my first (and likely only) ever full marathon in his memory.
