MHM Wales has been nominated as Llys Cyncoed's charity to support by two of our lovely colleagues; Debbie and Sammie who want to shine a light on Mental Health awareness and show that there is help available for everyone who may be affected in any way.

We have moved on so much in recent years in helping to reduce the stigma around mental health and this needs to continue so that no one ever has to feel alone and to know that there is always support available.

The more we all talk about mental health and the challenges we all face the stronger we will all become.

It is okay not to feel okay, and ALWAYS know that you are not alone.
