At Reperio, we aim to not only complete the marathon together but to make a meaningful impact in the lives of those affected by chest heart and stroke conditions in Northern Ireland❤️

Myself & a number of my colleagues are also taking part in the 5K Fun Run in further support of NICHS at Stormont on 25th February!

Northern Ireland Chest Heart And Stroke have been fighting against chest, heart and stroke illnesses in Northern Ireland for over 75 years. They provide expert care and support to anyone at risk of or currently living with chest, heart and stroke conditions. NICHS also fund local ground-breaking research into better treatments, care and prevention and campaign for better care & awareness.

NICHS is close to my heart, as in 2021 my dad was diagnosed with a condition called SCAD (spontaneous coronary artery dissection) and as a result, has faced unimaginable challenges.

Since his first heart attack over 10 years ago to his most recent cardiac arrest and everything in between, his resilience throughout recovery, both mentally and physically, has been so inspiring and I'm delighted to be able to raise money & awareness to support others on a similar journey as him 🏃‍♀️✨🥰
