Elisha & Thomas are proud to be joining #TeamARUK in the 2025 Great North Run!

For those of you that are close to me or my family you will know about our Grandad Peter suffering from Frontotemporal dementia. The impact this disease has had on him and our family is devastating.

This is a genetic form of dementia/Alzheimer’s therefore we would love to raise money for research to be done to prevent future generations having to deal with this heart breaking disease.

The Great North Run 2025 is going to be our big fundraiser, however myself and Thomas would like to spend this next year rising as much awareness as possible. We will do this by putting on raffles, football cards and we will be running a 10k race in the Lake District, a 10k race in Newcastle as well as lots of parkruns. Thomas is selling seasonal veg boxes from his allotment and he’s now decided to put in the mix we will climb Helvellyn in Summer of 2025! To top it all off our little Esmé will be stealing the show by doing the junior Great North Run.
