Through work, I am fundraising alongside my Colleagues in our Team Headspace Heroes, to raise importance funds for Shout, the UKs free confidential 24/7 mental health text service: simple access is critical for anyone beginning a mental health journey, and SHOUT 85258 have nailed that.

As part of our mission, the team are completing the Yorkshire 3 Peaks in September…As logistical lifesaver and support system for the team, I will be meeting them along the route, providing supplies and lifting their spirits, and probably providing some blister plasters!! ! My connection to Mental Health comes from a deeply personal place – I have unfortunately experienced the devastating impact of suicide within my close family, and in my opinion, this highlights just how critical Shout’s discreet, 24/7support can be. ❤️
