We are running the Great South Run this year, in memory of our beloved Dad & Grandad who battled with his mental health throughout his life. Our Dad & Grandad was a very strong man, battling Bipolar disorder for the majority of his life but sadly losing his life to pneumonia. He was an inspiration to us all.

Despite his decline in mental health and physical health, our Grandad pushed himself every day to walk up the road with the aid of his walker, so in light of his recent passing we are taking on the challenge & running the Great South Run in his honour!
