Story
In August, I’ll be taking on a huge challenge – swimming across London's Royal Docks.
I'm aiming to swim 5k, which at my current pace should take around 3h45m (I do have plenty of training swims booked!).
I’m doing this to mark one year since the diagnosis that disabled me - cauda equina syndrome - and to raise money for Level Water, an incredible charity that gives children with disabilities the chance to learn to swim through 1-to-1 lessons. For many of these children, it’s the first time they feel free, confident, and truly included.
Just £15 is enough to fund one life-changing lesson.
If you can, please support me in this epic journey – every donation helps more children experience the joy of the water, just like I do.
Let’s make a splash together 💙
