Story

After bravely battling glioblastoma for two and a half years, Steve sadly passed away on the 9th December 2023 aged 62.

Steve was a life long Charlton Athletic supporter both at home and away. His colleagues at LSEC together with The Jack Jeffrey's Superhero Trust and Charlton Athletic arranged a day out in an executive box for Steve and his family and friends. Steve was thrilled and had a wonderful time.

We are absolutely heartbroken and will miss Steve everyday. We would like to fundraise for The Jack Jeffery's Trust as we know how much it meant to Steve and we would like others to benefit in the same way.

The Jack Jeffrey's Superhero Trust

After bravely battling Neuroblastoma for just under a year, Jack gained his angel wings on the 21st July 2018 at just 4 years old.

From the moment of his diagnosis to this present day, the support we have received from people far and wide has been overwhelming, from complete strangers to our family football club Charlton Athletic. On this basis, we want to do what ever we can to improve the lives of children in and out of hospital in Jacks memory. From christmas decorations and presents in the ward that he spent his last weeks, to enabling (due to the generosity of Charlton Athletic) children with life threatening or life limiting conditions and their families to enjoy a day out in an executive box.

There are many more things we hope to achieve in Jacks memory, but one project at a time.
